3 Steps To Start Your Activ5 Workouts

Every Activ5 exercise is customized to your strength level.
To personalize each exercise, set your max power the first time you do it.

Adopt the pose and grip displayed in the app, then apply as much pressure as you can until time runs out.

Your max power will be used to calibrate the exercise so it’s challenging but achievable, helping you to get stronger faster.

To accurately track your increased strength over time, we recommend resetting your max power every 7-10 days.

The Coaching Curve

Using your max power as a baseline, the Activ5 training app will dynamically creates a “coaching curve” for each exercise.

Your goal is to apply just enough pressure, while holding the described pose, to keep the dot on the line. Apply more or less force to move the dot up and down.

Charge
Surprise! No charging required. Activ5 ships with a AAA battery that lasts for up to a year. When it’s time to replace it, it’s easy to open the device and do so.

Connect
Activ5 pairs with most iPhones, iPads, and Android devices. Just download the Activ5 app and follow the in-app prompts to connect to the device.

Multiple Users
To track your progress, take 2 minutes to create a profile. If you want to show it off to friends or family, head to the settings and tap “guest mode.”

Apple watch (iOS only)
If you own an Apple Watch, you can transfer your Activ5 data to Apple Health for better insights. Simply enable it within the settings on the iOS app.

Offline use
