The device measures your maximum strength for each exercise and communicates it to the companion Training app. The exercises are personalized for your strength and ability. Activ5 shows you the correct pose, the muscles being worked, and instructs you to contract harder or softer throughout the exercise duration. The app tracks your total force, precision, and other helpful stats.
